Agarwood (oud): Powerful, dark and mysterious, it has an intense, deep, leathery and animalic aroma. Its price can sometimes exceed that of gold.
Ambroxan exudes woody, amber and even animalic scents. It is also called 'lovers' sweat' because it smells of leather.
Hyraceum is an animal essence produced by the rock highlander (dassie), a small mammal commonly found in Southern Africa. It floods around the habitat and is full of natural pheromones.
