When will I receive the ordered products?

Placing an order + order shipment date + shipment delivery time = shipment with you


 

Accepting orders

Orders are accepted until 10:00 on business days.
Orders placed after this time are treated as placed on the next business day.

Orders with a selected payment in advance are accepted for execution only after the payment is credited to the store's account. Settlements of transactions by credit card and e-transfer are carried out via Przelewy24. A transfer order or card payment authorization is not tantamount to posting the payment. Accounting dates depend on the selected form of payment and result from the principles of the banking system operation.


 

Shipping terms

Shipping times vary for each product / size and are specified in the product details next to the "Add to Cart" button and in the shopping cart at checkout.

In the event that the products in one order have different shipping dates, the entire order is shipped in one shipment according to the longest shipping date.

* Business day - from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, Holy Saturday, May 2, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and other special dates (e.g. holidays) clearly stated at the top of the main page and the Cart page.


 

Delivery times for parcels:

InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 - next 1-2 working days from the date of shipment
InPost courier - next 1-2 working days from the date of shipment
DPD courier - next 1-2 working days from the date of shipment
Polish Post - foreign shipments - next 2-4 business days from the date of shipment (approximate date, not guaranteed)

The customer receives a bill of lading number to the e-mail address provided and has the option to track the shipment on his own on the supplier's website.

Shipments are delivered during the day, during the working hours of couriers / postmen. It is not possible to select a specific delivery time.

In accordance with the regulations of courier companies, couriers are not required to contact us by phone before delivering the parcel. Couriers do not leave a paper notification.

The customer can contact the courier's hotline and try to arrange a convenient delivery time - within the couriers' working hours.


Return of missed shipments

Shipments to InPost parcel lockers wait for collection for 48 hours, and then they are immediately returned to the sender.

Undelivered shipments:
- InPost courier - they have one repeated delivery attempt;
- DPD courier - they have one repeated delivery attempt;
- postal - waiting for collection at the nearest post office that issues courier items for a period of 7 days.

If the Customer fails to collect the COD shipment, for reasons on the part of the Customer, and at the same time the Customer has not submitted a declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract or has not contacted the store, the order will be automatically canceled. In addition, the store has the right to refuse to execute subsequent orders with payment on delivery. In the case described in the preceding sentence, the store informs the Customer about the need to pay in advance by the end of the next business day from the date of placing the order, and if the Customer fails to make the payment, the order will be canceled.

If the Customer fails to collect the shipment previously paid for, for reasons on the part of the Customer, and at the same time the Customer has not submitted a declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract, or has not contacted the store, he may, at his discretion:
- request a re-shipment of the unclaimed shipment after the Customer has made an additional payment for the re-shipment in the manner chosen by the Customer, or
- withdraw from the Agreement and demand a refund less the cost of delivery.
