Exchange or return

The consumer has the right to replace or return the product, without giving any reason, within the next 30 days from the date of delivery.

The consumer is a natural person who has purchased the goods for his own use, i.e. when placing the order, he provided his private data (without the NIP / EU VAT number). Choosing an additional shipping address other than the ordering party's data (e.g. for work) is allowed and does not affect the consumer's rights.

Consumer rights also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that he does not have a professional nature for him, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Economic Activity Records and Information.

Exchange or return of the product by buyers who are not:

  • consumers, or
  • natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity ,
    are not possible.

Within the next 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel, send a signed statement - preferably by attaching to the returned product the completed return or before sending the product back via the contact form / e-mail.

What's next? - exchange

The first exchange is free in Poland - you do not bear the cost of shipping a new product from the store to you.

If it is necessary to ship outside Poland, and in the case of a second or subsequent exchange, a fee is applicable in accordance with the delivery price list.

The condition for the exchange is the availability of the product in stock at the time of receipt of the return.


 

What's next? - return

We will refund the full value of the goods (excluding any compensation for a reduction in value, referred to below) and the cost of delivering the goods from the store to you, in the amount of the cheapest delivery method available in the store's offer on the day of placing the order.

The payment will be reimbursed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, unless we do not receive the returned goods by that time.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment:

  • payment by bank transfer - return to the same bank account number;
  • e-transfer payment - return via Przelewy24 to the same bank account number;
  • card payment - return via Przelewy24 to the bank account assigned to the payment card;
  • cash on delivery (on delivery) - return by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by you.

If you request a different method of return (e.g. postal order) which involves additional costs, you will have to bear them.


 

Attention:

After receiving the goods, you can check its nature, completeness, features and functioning - but only as you would do in a stationary store.

You are liable for damages for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of behavior that goes beyond the necessary steps to familiarize yourself with the item, e.g. cutting off the manufacturer's cardboard label, which did not make it difficult to try on the goods.
